Ideal home , utilizing glass to admire the 180 degree view of the 1770 bay , and beyond .
Thoroughly enjoyed the Amazing sunsets over the bay and mountains , indulging in wine , whiskey and serenity .
No complaints at all....
even had the use if a double lock up garage...

The location was great, the space was amazing had all the necessities you need when on holidays.
We had fire alarms go off two days in a row, they were interlocked alarms so it meant every alarm in the house went off at the same time which was insanely loud and we had to block our toddlers ears (you can imagine how hard that was) and call the property manager. Luckily the property manager answered promptly and gave instructions on how to make them stop. It’s important to note these went off at random no burnt toast or anything had set these off. The neighbour yelled out to us and told us the last time they went off they went off for 2 hours at midnight. This was a bit frustrating I’m glad it happened in the middle of the day and not the middle of the night as that would have been less forgiving.

Come rain or shine the deck makes it feel like you are on the beach. Beautiful sunsets from the deck and the beds are very comfortable.

Everything was perfect. The keys were so easy to collect and the house was easy to find (thanks to the details and map provided). The house was beautiful and the view was unlike anything we have ever seen. Absolutely stunning! Parking was perfect and plenty of space for our boat. So close to the marina and local shops. Perfect location, perfect house, perfect hosts!
Perhaps a hose to help wash out the boat. The space had all the right taps, we just forgot to bring a hose! But honestly, very hard to fault this place!

Great views, excellent parking - garage, car port and concrete apron for extra cars
Was advertised with free WiFi - didn’t receive a password for it. sent a text and still received nothing and no reply. Keys came with a lot of instructions of how to clean up prior to departure and fines for transgressions- would be very easy to put the WiFi password in with this information!

Location was great and nice to have an area to easily leave the boat. It was well organised with large meal areas.
The back fridge was not keeping cold to safe food temperature and would need replacing soon. We had food go moldy with in a few days. The back deck was very hot in the afternoons as was the main living space. Too hot for early dinner at the back deck. I would suggest outside fans get put in place.

The quiet location was excellent with fabulous views of the boats, the sea and beautiful sunsets. Spacious rooms, lovely decor and comfortable furniture. A great spot to relax and unwind. Will definitely come back again! Highly recommended!
Loved everything about the the place. No dislikes!
