Away from the centre of Venice but only a 15 min walk in. Lots of restaurants and supermarkets just minutes away.
Vaparetto stop nearby.

The location was amazing close to most things while being away from the crowds. Breakfast was had great variety and the coffee was great. Family/Suite room beautiful

We loved the location as it was slightly outside of the busier part of Venice but close enough to be there in a couple of mins to walk. The bar was great - loved the knowledge the bar man had and great cocktails!
Our room sadly was not great. It was too small, the air con didn’t work which we mentioned to the staff but it didn’t seem to be fixed. We upgraded to a room with a jacuzzi and went to turn it on on the last night - didn’t work. We could hear next doors working so clearly just a problem with ours. Also sounds daft but the mini bar fridge was so noisy at night it woke us up more than once! Sadly the room was not worth the upgrade and for this reason we would not return.
