We loved being able to cook our own meals, the kitchen was very well equipped! The location near the small center was also very convenient. Beach right around the corner.
With checking in there is no one, which is not a problem. However, the host wants you to pay in cash. So we had to make arrangements to meet. Once he did not show up, the other time someone else came but that person did not have change.

The studio was ideal for me: enough space, a good kitchen, a place to sit, a good bed, clean bathroom, TV and AC.
It's located close to the beach and only 10 minutes walking distance to the center of town.
The studio is part of a complex: it is a quiet place with a communal pool.
The communication with the owner was good, they let me in earlier than the check - in time since the studio was ready and I didn't have a place to store my big backpack. They helped me with gathering information about the bus routes for the next part of my trip.
There is no fan, so if you want it to cool down a bit, you have to use the airco. Not a problem, but for people who are not a big fan of an airco: it's good to know.
There is no reception at the complex, check in is only at 3pm, so if you arrive before this time, there is no place to store your luggage. I contacted the owners since I was way early and didn't find a place in the neighborhood that would keep my backpack. Thankfully, because the studio was empty and cleaned, I could go in earlier.

Location was excellent. Apartment has all what you need, including a full equipped kitchen, dishes and glasses. Pool was right in front of my room and it was clean. Park slot was just steps of the room too.
Some cockroaches and lots of ants inside the room. Shower could be cleaner. I left something in the room, and contacting owner wasn't easy. They only accept cash.

The compound is very well located. There is a very nice big and clean pool.
The kitchen is functional. The AC worked well and not too noisy.
The room comes with beach towels.
The shower head was full of scale deposit and therefore didn't work well at all.
We asked the staff if they could do something about it but we ended up cleaning it ourselves.. It still wasn't great.
The mattress protector under the sheets of the bed were very filthy and the bathroom towels had a weird smell.

The condo-like feel with kitchen was great for those looking for a long term vacation or working stay. The pool was amazing and a quick walk to the beach. Close to restaurants and cafes.

Owner was very responsive, they came and fixed the safe box in the appt. We had a light bulb needed to be replaced, still needs to be replaced but we didn't bother to call again since we're ready to leave today. Over all this place is very well maintained and people who work here are friendly. Thank you. Oh and pool is very clean.

This was a great little place in Coco. It had enough room to move around and live for a few days. The pool was also very nice and it is a short walk from the main street.
The shower had a few hairs and trash, but otherwise it was great.

We spent two weeks in this apartment at "Torres del Coco" - 3min walk distance to the beach Playa del Coco. From here you can go to many other beaches nearby - Hermosa, Ocotal, also the hidden treasures like the north Penca, Playa Panama and many others. They all are within a 10-20 min drive.
The apartment has a perfect location: few minutes by car to the city center with all infrastructure, but far enough for having a quiet time in the nice pool or to relax in front of the TV in an air-conditioned room. However, we enjoyed the fresh breeze through the open windows and door without air-conditioning at night.
Windows and door have bug screens and security grilles, which you can lock and feel safe at night, even the door can stay open for fresh air. But the whole area is very safe!
Just around the corner there are a French bakery, a great Italian restaurant, a small supermarket, café and others. For the bigger shopping you better go to the center where you find all you need.
The apartment is modern and well equipped: there is an electronic door lock, so you could go for a swim without worrying about where to put the key. The kitchen looks small there is everything you need for: from a toaster, electric kettle, a full-size oven until microwave and mixer for smoothies.
But my favorite was the huge modern refrigerator: it was so important for the whole family because of that hot weather!
The bed is not just a "double bed", but a real king-size one: we could sleep easily with or 10-y old son together without banging into each other. However, we had a sleeping coach bed additionally. The mattress of the king bed was amazingly comfortable as well.
The apartment was sparkling clean and spotless bedclothes.
There is a laundry too with washer and dryer free to use – wonderful!
The personal contact with the staff, also through WhatsApp, was very easy and efficient.
We only can recommend this place to everybody and definitely will come back!

Definitely need a knife sharpener. Could use a few more cooking items/pans.
