I enjoyed the experience of staying in a hanok. It was the end of summer/beginning of autumn and still very hot. We arrived early (10am) and the room was already available for us to occupy. The room had air-conditioning and insect repellent which helped keep any insects out of the room. I missed the breakfast due to an early departure but the owner helped order our taxi in the morning.
Bathroom is small but not an issue with my friend nor I. It might be for larger people. It's a basic set up and no issues with me.

This was a delightful stay in a traditional Hanok style home. The hosts were so lovely. This was the first place we had stayed where you actually got to meet other travellers because of the shared breakfast in the small kitchen.
All was wonderful.

Good location
No linen at the bed, staines on the walls, no proper shower, washing machine almost full occupies the bathroom entrance. General poor maintenance and cleaning. A/C extremely noisy. No lights at side of the bed. No cabinet or whatsoever to store clothes and luggage. We were expecting a traditional location, not a poor bungalow accommodation! No one took care of checking in and out.
