The location was phenomenal and walkable to main street and the slopes. The place was clean and pretty well stocked, bring oil or cooking spray if you plan to cook. The ski storage was very helpful since it was a tighter space.
While it was mostly good, the bed in the bedroom was very uncomfortable and my husband and I didn't sleep well either night. It felt like there was a hard rod or board in the middle of the bed. The leather pullout sleeper was more comfortable. Also, you can hear everything in the hallways and from the neighbors above. Luckily, it's a quiet facility and people seem to go to bed early.
The location and cleanliness is why we gave it the three stars.

Perfect spot to stay for ski weekend! Easy walk to main st for food/drinks and the lift was easy to get to. Great communication at all steps.

Condo was very clean, great location and booking and communication was excellent. You can walk to everything very quickly and easily. Would highly recommend.

Location was fantastic, one block behind Main Street. Lots of great restaurants in the vicinity, as well as a grocery store that opens till 9pm.
Apartment was clean. Kitchen was well equipped not only with cooking utensils and cutlery, but dried herbs as well.
Bedroom was comfortable. Sheets were very soft.

We loved the location of this unit right off of Main Street in Breckinridge. Less than a block off the main drag, it was perfect for walking to dinner and shopping. The room was as indicated including clean. Part of being so close to Main Street was that it was not a totally quiet location so we didn’t keep the sliding glass screen door open at night which made it a little warm for sleeping. Bedroom was adequate though the memory foam mattress was not the most comfortable for us. Overall, it was clean and convenient but not a luxury stay.

It is hard to find a place that takes pets and this was the perfect place for us and our two pups. We loved being right off main street and so close to everything. We will definitely be back.

The stay was fantastic. The kitchen was well stocked. Nice view of the mountains. One block off Main street in the heart of Breckenridge was the perfect location for us. Access was super easy. Would stay again.

Don’t be fooled by the lack curb appeal. Close to main street and all the amenities, parking garage is a plus and quick response to all inquiries. Will definitely book again!

We were in Breckenridge for the annual Bernese Mountain Dog Holiday parade and tree lighting on Main Street. Brett’s place was half block from Main, across the street from a great affordable Italian restaurant and a couple blocks from a wonderful dog park. We parked our car and walked everywhere. Loved the nice touch of complimentary chapstick! Brett was a super host and made checkin easy and fast. Hope to come back in the summer.

Property as advertised-great location and easy access. Its a small and cozy place that was perfect for my wife, young son, and I. The bassonette/crib that was in the closet was a much appreciated and thoughtful addition. Thanks again!

We only stayed one night but we’ll be back for longer next time. The check in/out was painless, all the information we needed was provided. The condo was cozy, clean and the location was perfect. Walking distance to main street where all the restaurants and shops are located. Great place to stay.

When we contacted the property manager and VRBO we didn’t receive a response for quite some time. Luckily we found the information in my spam email box so we were able to get inside out of the rain.
We also didn’t know it’s common for places in Breckinridge to not have A/C which was disappointing, we didn’t think to look at the amenities to make sure there was A/C as it’s usually default in our previous experiences. There were little fans in the closet of the bedroom that we were able to set on the nightstands, that was VERY helpful.
The location was amazing with downtown just a block away!

Forced vacation!
What a beautiful place to stay! The location of this condo could not be more perfect! It was a block away from Main Street with access to shopping and restaurants which provided us a new place to experience eating every night. In addition to this, it had a series of breathtaking paths for hiking and biking two blocks the other direction.

Location, location, location. The property was in a great location - one block off of Main Street and easy walking to restaurants, shopping, and even the ski lift! The apartment was clean and comfortable and there was underground parking too. The only minor complaint is that the walls are very thin, so you can hear noises coming from neighboring units and the common hallway.

External of property is dated as are entry areas, but the unit was very clean and updated. Proximity to main street (1 block) made it very convenient. My pal slept on the couch in the living room and said it was fairly noisy (thin walls). I slept in bedroom and found it nice and dark and quiet (though I do use a sound machine).

We loved being walking distance from all the great little shops and restaurants, and there are great shuttles and trolleys for getting around to other attractions. The condo was comfortable and cozy and we had a great time!

Everything was good but if anyone has to sleep on the couch they should not expect to get any rest as it was hard and terribly uncomfortable.
