Al met al teleurstellend en niet de kwaliteit die ik zou verwachten voor de betaalde prijs

Het weer, de airco en het zwembad waren prima

Bij aankomst in het appartement was het eerst goed zoeken aangezien de appartementen niet duidelijk genummerd zijn. Uiteindelijk het betreffende appartement (D1) gevonden, was deze niet bepaald schoon. Beide badkamers waren niet fris (lagen nog oorstaafjes, stokers, haren en lenzen van vorige gasten). Na dit aangegeven te hebben is dit wel netjes opgelost en als compensatie late check-out aangeboden gekregen. Dus prima oplossing, echter werd dit op dag van vertrek(!) om 9.30u ingetrokken en moest ik alsnog 11u het appartement uit. Dus gehaast het appartement moeten verlaten, daarnaast was er geen host beschikbaar voor de eindcontrole en moest ik dus maar hopen dat ik mijn borg terug zou krijgen. Ik verbleef in appartement complex D, wordt geadverteerd als 'aan het water' en met 'uitzicht op zee' met foto's van de appartementen aan het zwembad. In werkelijkheid liggen de D appartementen achter de eerste rij appartementen op een hoger gelegen stuk. Zie bijgevoegde foto van het fantastische uitzicht op zee

Leuk verblijf gehad. Appartement voldeed verder aan onze verwachtingen.

Goede locatie

Balkon van het appartement wat wij hadden lag niet op de wind waardoor je in de middag de airco al aan moest zetten om de hitte draaglijk te houden.

Peaceful apartment

The apartment feels like home. Very comfortable and spacious. Kitchen well equipped with utensils and appliances. Beautiful pool. We enjoyed our breakfast in the balcony with the peaceful view.

clock in main room did not work. Needed more than two hand towels. needed wag cloths. light on window side of bed in second bedroom needed brighter bulb.

Spanish Water Apartments - can't wait to return!

The property was beautiful! We had everything we needed - two bedrooms, one full bath and two additional half baths (one with toilet and sink, one with shower and sink). We had to purchase our own cooking oil salt and laundry detergent. The pool was great and we felt right at home there. We were a five minute drive from Jan Thiel beach and Tugboat beach. I'd highly recommend the properly!

The beach wasn't swimmable, but still beautiful to look at. The beds weren't too comfortable but otherwise, the stay was great!

Absolutely not worth the price! The place is falling apart!

Aircos werent working No garbage bags Dirty things in the fridge and freezer The apartment is falling apart Dirty furniture Dirty walls No fans Dirty floors broken lights broken electric sockets Extremely bad maintenance in the park No curtains White lights The beach is poorly taken care of and you can’t swim Absolutely not worth the cost!!!! the price you pay is not in line with what you get. the apartment is extremely outdated and falling apart! I feel like I was scammed. previous people have complained about all the same things and in the comments they said they had fixed it but they have not!

Very nice apartment for the area.

very nice and spacious apartment equipped with everything you can possibly want; very helpful staff, answers questions quickly and provided all that we needed when asked (e.g. extra towels and a lighter for our Citronella candles); the apartment is located close to Jan Thiel area (this area requires a car - not easily walkable); our apartment (3E) is on the flower level / first floor with a very nice terrace facing the Spanish Bay; we liked the small beach in front of the apartment and the pool.

the apartment does not have window-screens so it can get quite ugly for people who tend to get attacked by mosquitoes (also some portions of the windows are totally open - small portions with no glass on the sides of the windows - so again those sensitive to mosquitoe bites should be aware); the couches are a bit dirty - however, we used towels as covers.

All-around good stay, staff was friendly, but the construction needed a little bit of redesigning of the bedroom windows

It was close to the water. Elegant location and apartments. Staff was friendly. All-around good experience once we sorted what we needed.

The air conditioning need some attention. there is no actual glass in the windows in the bedroom, Just shutters that closed but we’re not airtight, so when you turned on the air conditioning at night, it did not really cool the room, causing you to run up the electricity bill quite high. Electricity was extra in this apartment after a certain amount of consumption. If you were frugal, you could stay under the limit of the daily usage.

We are not comfortable with three things: 1. First, you showed a price at the booking web site. And then we had to pay much more than what we agreed first. 2. We had been bitten all nights by mosquitoes. It has been awful. 3. We feel we have been cheated, the beach is shown for bathing but in reality it is a parking lot for boats, the dirty water from the bathrooms comes out near the beach and you do not make the clarity of those beach conditions.

the property had a amazing outside with a swimming pool and a beach! nice clean sand! Really kind security in the evening and night. also nice that they have a subboard and a canoe. also a nice bbq place where you can bbq with your friends at night. we did that one night and we really enjoyed it, would recommend it when you are there. The rooms where good cleaned.

For swimming at the beach I would recommend water shoes or go with the subboard where you can not stand so you will not touch all the water plants. I understand on Curacao it is very humid, but there where spots of fungus on the sealing in one bedroom, I should fix this. remove it and paint the sealing again so it is gone.

Perfect apartment and perfect location

The staff was beyond nice and helpful. The location is peaceful, beautiful with friendly and polite people. The apartment is spacious, there is everything you need even dishwasher, washing machine etc A/C in both bedrooms and in the living room. The terrace was awesome with the beautiful view. Everything is clean and well maintained.

We cannot really swim in the Bay but there is the swimming pool that is nice

A great stay to unwind and relax in a comfortable apartment.

High quality and spacious apartment. Really comfortable. Great support throughout from Sanneke and really helpful with check out. Pool is really nice and lovely view onto the private beach cove and marina the other side. Peaceful and relaxing atmosphere with great views of the water from the large balconies/terrace.

Could do with more comfortable furniture on the balcony, one padded lounger only. Little pedestrian route to nearby restaurants and long route along driving route - meant driving needed.
