With no screens, it made a very hot summer worst. Yes the bedrooms were screened but what was the use of that. We spent most of the time in the living area. I was not keen leaving the doors open unless I could see what was coming inside.
The ceiling fans only circulated hot air. Although air conditioning would have been nice, it was not essential. A few pedistal fans would have been better.
All in all we had a wonderful time and appreciated the owner sharing their little piece of paradise.

Nice windows at the front of the house overlooking the beach and islands.
Good master bedroom with lots of fresh air however a bit hot during the night with the fans not very powerful and being in the other two rooms

Great property in a great location. No aircon was not a problem with beautiful sea breezes. Awnings to block afternoon sun and blinds would help but otherwise we loved the property.

This place is not air conditioned so can get a little warm but that is offset by the large sliding doors opening out to the beach side that let in the sea breeze.

We enjoyed the spacious well equipped house. The house was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The perfect position allowed us to have some beautiful walks on the beach. View across to Dunk Island is spectacular. Would highly recommend this accommodation to others.

This beach house oozes the holiday feel and one can sit for hours on the back patio gazing out to sea. Had everything we needed including games…I think the boys played chess and boggle

The Beach House is the ultimate of relaxation - you are forced to embrace the gorgeous view of the ocean and feel the wind in your hair. We have been coming for years and will continue to in the future. Highly recommended

Great location right on Wongaling Beach! The Place to make family holiday memories or just unwind like you’re on Island time. Comfortable House you can do as many local activities or as little as you like. Views to Dunk & Bedarra Islands, we loved our week away.

The house overlooks the beach and is very private. It’s also well spaced out and roomy. The main bedroom overlooks the beach, it doesn’t have curtains or blinds so the sun streams in in the morning, nice to wake up to but not if you want to sleep in. Overall it is a great house, good value and we would love to stay again.

This was the perfect little stay we desperately needed. It’s basic accommodation but everything you need in the kitchen. There’s no air conditioning just ceiling fans only but we actually didn’t mind as the beautiful ocean breeze was fairly constant day and night. Our family loved our stay and will visit again.

Fantastic little gem What a view♥️ The beach almost at your door. Great little house with everything u could need. Short walk to south mission net or even shorter drive. Saw cassowaries and dolphins.

Didn't want to leave we get depressed going home even tho we live in the country side where it's still beautiful nothing can beat that little beach house....

All it needs is aircons in the rooms. We will definitely be back back.. but during the winter months.
