We loved the convenient location, the ample parking space, the simple but delicious breakfast, and the beautiful grassy terrace with stunning views of San Gimignano. The staff were also very friendly and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable.
The air conditioning wasn’t working, although luckily it wasn’t cold enough for heating to be necessary. The sound insulation between rooms was also poor, as noise from neighbouring rooms could be heard quite clearly.

The wiew, the room, the garden, her dog that welcomed us by the car ,
the old farmhouse, the pool, the wonderful olive toilettries we got
The homemade breakfast she made
The bathroom and shower was s bit sunky but expected from an old farmhouse, still very clean though
The coffee machine was not working

Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was wonderful. We were able to take an offered cooking class! The view of San Gimignano was fabulous.
Only one chair in our room. Two comfortable chairs would have been welcomed. We had to drive each night to get dinner as there was no restaurant locally.
