Room condition not as per image (i.e. showing on website). The bathroom condition is very bad & bad smeel. My room charges Rs. 9800 with taxes but the same room charges other customers is Rs. 4000.
I have reported the issue at reception but they said this is responsible for booking.com. please respond me. Why this is happening.

Never happened to use room service. Reception n restaurant staff were very cordial.

The driver who was arranged was not at all respectful (except usage of words MATAJI) neither cordial nor helpful for 59 & 56 year old travellers.

The room was spacious and the facilities in the room were quite good, along with the bathroom especially the bathtub. But the room was overcharged as compared to facilities.
The breakfast and food was not good at all, the buffet was so limited as the charges were equal to a five star hotel, but the breakfast was like a 2 star hotel. They should work on the breakfast buffet.

Perfect location, near tobJanki bridge and Ram jhula area. .
Best part is a one minute walk to the ganga ghat,
Breakfast menu is decent, food is tasty.

The front desk staff were extremely helpful and were very easy to communicate with. Their quality and professionalism really helped us have a much better stay in Rishikesh than we could have without them. We are very appreciative!
The food was not fresh, mostly canned and boxed goods. It was hard to communicate what we wanted with the service staff, though they did their best to accommodate us.

I would like to this place as my long term staying location whenever I visit Rishikesh.
