I really enjoyed this stay! I was in Kauai for a conference with my two adult boys and a friend. The rental had everything we needed and was very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and the air conditioner worked so well! The master bed was very comfortable and the showers had great water pressure! It provided us a home base to drive all over the island and come home and enjoy a game of monopoly on the porch. The walk to the beach was beautiful and only took about 10-15 minutes. The pool area was nice with grills and a hot tub. I would def stay here again.

Absolutely perfect location for family of four. Well stocked kitchen, central air, excellent shower, even beach gear including chairs, snorkeling gear, and beach towels. TVs in all rooms with plenty of cable and streaming options. Couldn't ask for a better vacation place to stay! Will be remembered for a lifetime.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay in Poipu. The place was incredibly spacious, comfortable, and priced extremely well for what you get. It felt like the perfect home base for exploring Kauai. The location couldn’t have been better — walking distance to beaches and great dining, and just a short stroll to Kalapaki Joe’s for dinner and drinks after long adventure days. At the same time, it was perfectly positioned to explore the whole island. We spent one day hiking Waimea Canyon and the next tackling the Kalalau Trail, and being roughly an hour in either direction made it easy to experience both sides of Kauai without feeling rushed. And the real MVP? The jacuzzi tub in the master bathroom. Absolute game-changer after full days of hiking. There’s nothing better than soaking your legs and relaxing before heading out for the evening. If you’re looking for space, value, walkability, and a great central base for island adventures, this is it. We’d absolutely stay here again.

You can't really control who's above you, but during our stay there were two different families who both had kids running around during the wee hours of the morning (5:30 am) waking us up. The ceilings must be paper thin, or maybe I just havent lived under anyone for a long time, but this was extremely annoying. Woke us up in the mornings and kept us up at night sometimes. Proximity to Poipu beach was pretty good, and the weather on the south side of the island is nice, so no complaints there, but the microwave broke on our second day there and the AC also went down. They came out and fixed the microwave the next day, so that's a credit to them. Also the parking situation is suspect. They say you have a designated spot, but there is no parking enforcement. On our last nights there was a van that parked in our spot and we had to park elsewhere.
