The wifi was strong and reliable, great AC, clean rooms, comfortable bed, and very kind staff - if you wanted you room or bathroom cleaned you just needed to let them know and they’d do it same day.
Personally I loved the location because it was close to the pier and far enough from the main road and beach that it was quiet and peaceful at night. That being said we had a motorbike (that we rented from AVA) so all of the things we wanted to do were a 5 minute ride but if you dont plan on getting a bike it would be like a 30 minute walk.

We loved the rooms and the staff. The lady at reception was the sweetest woman and helped us with everything we needed like bikes and laundry

The staff were lovely and replaced towels as needed. We got a large room with a big bathroom and cooking area. There was a large fridge and TV with Netflix. The location was very central, about 4 minute walk to 7/11. Very close to the port aswell!
Whoever was above us was extremely noisy, lots of heavy walking around all throughout the night.

Het personeel was heel aardig, zorgde ervoor dat ik me veilig voelde. Bed was heerlijk, ruime kamer en voorzien van alle faciliteiten.

Alles! Die Mitarbeiterinnen sind soo nett & das Zimmer war wirklich gut! Wir konnten auf einem riesen TV Netflix schauen.
Das Badezimmer war leider ein wenig klein, komische Dusche & sehr alt.

Cama grande y cómoda. Pequeño balcón con hamaca, mesa y sillas. Nevera y televisión. A 3 minutos andando del muelle y a 20 de Sairee Beach.
Se oía ruido y música de bares hasta medianos, luego bajó el volumen pero aún se escuchaba. Un pequeño escritorio con silla y mesita dentro de la habitación se echaba en falta. Presión de la ducha mínima. La puerta del balcón no cerraba. Las puertas de entrada y del baño pesaban muchísimo.

Incredibly comfortable beds and lovely staff.
Location was great too, right next to cafes and restaurants but also nice and quiet at night.
We booked 1 night but extended for another 5, had the best sleeps here.
We booked a room with a balcony that had a lovely little hammock on and a view of the trees.
Big TV in the room and whenever you want the room cleaned you can just go and ask them and leave your key.
Everything was great.
Nothing to complain about.

The room was very spacious and clean just as shown in the pictures. The staff is super friendly and helpful. They even made us an earlier breakfast sandwich as we went for an early dive course.
Although the location is close to shark bay and the southern part of the island, you need to walk around 20 minutes to get to the town centre with all the bars and restaurants.
The breakfast is hold very easy and is not much but it’s included and it was always fresh and tasted good.

The staff were very friendly. There was a nice large fridge in the room. The air conditioning worked very well. I loved the little lounge areas outside of the rooms! The location was just far enough away from the business but close enough to everything we needed!
The shower had very low pressure. Other than that, it was just what we needed!

The host ist lovely and always helped us if we had any questions. We wanted to upgrade the room to get a balcony and it was solved within a few hours :)

Amazing stay here. Ava goes above and beyond to help with everything. The wifi was really good and there was Netflix on the tv. Couldn't recommend more

enjoyed our stay here! nice to be on mae haad where things are a bit quieter but still only a 15 minute walk from sairee. would definitely stay again, the owner is lovely!

Easy to get to from the main boat pier and many food and shopping easily accessible. The rooms were comfortable and clean.
A open common area and reception is needed. The rooms are not very soundproof and can hear everything everyone does.

great location, pretty quiet on the whole and the staff are great. arrived with a broken foot and they were extremely accommodating.

The room was large and clean. The bed was big and very comfy. aircon worked well. The women at reception was so kind and very helpful. Next to restaurants
bit more expensive than we would have liked and it’s slightly out the main centre, but only about a 20 minute walk or quicker if you have a bike.
