I really liked the swimming pool with the spa just in the next building with the free access. The buffet breakfast and dinner was good, nothing special but well made. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
I missed something from the roof terrace, it has great potential but somehow quite neglected. Although I really liked to be up there. In the room at the shower the water was coming out, it was poorly built. The cable TV channel selection has been chosen in a weird way. No playground for kids or even TV channels.
Unfortunate to not have a beach nearby to reach the Balaton on foot. But that is not the hotel's fault, obviously.
The reception area should suggest better that this is a hotel and that place is the reception of it.

Nothing really.
For sure not a 4 star hotel, maximum 3 stars.
1st red flag was that I could not use the booking wallet voucher. Hotel reception blamed booking.com
2nd red flag - my son’s bed was really uncomfortable.
3rd red flag- no coffee machine and water in the room. A 4 star hotel always provides these!
