Great position, very friendly staff, parking could be a little bit troublesome but the very central position makes up, so you only have to find parking once and then you don't need to pick the car to go to the center for your meals/beach.
The only defect I found is that there was no soap anywhere, so we had to quickly run to the nearby supermarket to get some.

The room and space is quite small, but for the one night we stayed was adequate. The shared kitchen is right outside the room so you can get noise from other guests. The bed was comfy and the much needed air con worked well. Well located for downtown Lagos.
Please note if you are driving that parking in this area is practically impossible. The place can feel a little claustrophobic with just one small window. Thought is was a bit expensive for what it was.
