Astor Museum Hostel

Perfect location, nice staff

No lift , only one washroom for 3 rooms

Clean and well-equipped kitchen, good location, friendly staff, safe environment.

Few bathrooms and shower stalls.

I genuinely had a great stay at this hostel staff, which was very friendly, and the hostel felt like a great community. I found staff were genuinely undedstanding and great talk with. The hostel also had great facilities, and the hostel was in a great location. I would definitely love to stay again soon.

Only think u would say is the beds didn't have curtains for privacy, but apart from that, the hostel was great.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Great location if you want to stay near the bustling areas of central London like Covent Garden for musicals/plays and Soho for nightlife and shopping.

I stayed for 5 nights and I didn’t see a cleaner or someone clean the rooms/bathrooms once. There were dirty/wet bath and hand towels in the rooms that remained there the whole stay, leading me to think there isn’t sufficient cleaning done for the shared facilities. Witnessed a staff member getting on top of a bed with dirty outdoor shoes while putting on clean sheets. The facilities don’t lend themselves for socialization. The shared space fits ~10 people. There is no bar or real area to meet people.
