Amity Suites - Adults Only

Beautiful accommodation and property. The staff went out of their way to make our stay memorable.

Breakfast omelette unimaginative - need to throw in some veggies. Location was perfect for us as we hired a car ( highly recommend and cheap), but it’s a good 40min walk into Fira.

We just stayed 2 nights in Santorini en route to another island and Amity Suites was perfect. The room was quiet and there was a lovely terrace below with a swimming pool (which we did not use but it looked very nice). You can go into the grounds of the hotel next door and use their terrace right at the front, which has sweeping views of the caldera. The staff were super friendly and very attentive when our luggage failed to turn up at the airport. They liaised with the handling staff at the airport and arranged with them to have our luggage delivered to the hotel before we were due to leave on the ferry to our next destination. The location is great. You are just a short drive from Fira, where you have all the shops with beautiful clothes made from Greek linen (we had to do urgent shopping) and there is a car rental place right across the road.

We stayed in room 03 which didn't have the most private balcony as it abuts a hotel with a larger terrace and stairs where people were walking up and doing constantly and thus looking directly into the balcony. If you want more privacy, I'd request any of the other rooms, whose balconies looked much nicer.

View of sunset was amazing. Staff super friendly and helpful .
