駅が近く連泊には都合が良かったです。美観地区や、飲食店まで歩いて行けます。
ベッドのマットレスが良いので、ぐっすり眠れました。
スタッフの方々は優しい方々でした。
お部屋も清潔でした。
入り口の香水がキツすぎて、食事中にも気になります。香水は好き嫌いがあるので適度でいいと思います。
ロビーのインテリアを減らして、レイアウトで、もう少し落ち着いた感じにして、お土産ブースを広げたら素敵になる気がします。

The large baths and sauna were very nice. The rooms are spacious and clean, the location is fantastic.
The bathroom was tiny with a short shower, difficult to move around in. You can also hear a lot of noise from outside.

Comfortable room, enough space for two. Location was great. Staff was great, breakfast was unique.
The internet was terrible. It barely worked (or didn't work) on any device other than my laptop. I used my 5G the majority of the stay, since the internet so bad that I couldn't pick up messages on Slack or open any docs on my phone. The bathroom had such a steep step up that it was uncomfortable.
