The layout of the room was nice, nice location
Many part need renovations, pool not really well clean . Just so many things are aged

Great staff , good room facilities and clean with the sea view and lots of parking beside the hotel
On the 7th floor is the room with sea view. The room is under next to the pool not privacy when open curtains and the sound of pool music bothering sometimes and during breakfast time there are noises of moving chair breaks into our room

It was clean. Apartment looked nice.
Location is middle of nowhere. The view is not as well as suggested.No smoking on your own balcony or anywhere in the hotel. Lack of cutlery in the kitchen. TV restricted. Swimming is non-existent and the photo of the only pool is a trick/deceiving as it's attached to the restaurant making it impossible to use.

We had a spacious room and a comfy bed.
Roof top and Pool area looks very sad and is run down.
The cleanliness of the shower was terrible and no hot water.

Rooftop bar and restaurant was ok.
Cold water hot tub on the balcony. Staff was not helpful. Breakfast was rather poor, poached eggs were served ice cold. They probably premade them. Not worth the price.

good breakfast and nice view of the ocean
location far away from Pattaya center, really nothing of interest nearby. Also, as we brought our cat, we had do stay on a pet floor with no view and constant dog barking.

great hotel with a super friendly staff. everyone was just super helpful from security to checkin to the breakfast waiters.
Room was great with a little kitchen so we were able to cook our baby some food in the morning. breakfast at the restaurant is outstanding. one of the best breakfasts I had in Thai hotels.
Wi-Fi works without any problems all day and room is clean and modern.
the pool is also nice with a good view like the breakfast
I can recommend this hotel if you plan to stay in pattaya with a car and drive to some good beaches around.

Beautiful hotel with great amenities and service.
Not for those who wish to have a night life as this place is secluded in the middle of the jungle.
