A localização é excelente, o preço também vale o investimento.
A recepção, tinha uma funcionária sem educação. Mas era só uma, o restante da equipe era tranquilo.

Excellent location and quite private.
It's definitely NOT the most well kept hotel you will find in this are of São Paulo. The bathroom was appalling, there was a hole in the ceiling right above the shower, which i couldn't see the end, whatever that was .. it was not good. It was also tight, where I could barely fit myself in the shower. It needs some caring and urgent refurbishment.
That also extends to the remaining of the space in the room. It needs a bit more care.

"Nothing in particular. It was a small flat as I had expected already."
