Locatie, eten en vooral de kamers en vriendelijk personeel.
Helaas spreekt niet iedereen goed Engels en een officieel factuur voor reclamatie is erg lastig. Ik wacht nog op een factuur.

Breakfast was exceptional and the king rooms were beautiful.
We booked a Club Lounge room and were looking forward to the lounge access cocktail hour on the last night of our trip. However, there were no canapés, it was a limited-selection dinner, and there was also no bar. Very limited Soda/tonic/ice - we had to ask every time for another can, and staff were not particularly helpful. Very disappointing ‘VIP’ experience in complete contrast to the breakfast which exceeded all expectations.

The room was a good size , Beds, Linen all very comfortable
Stayed with access to the Lounge, however the Lounge closed at 8pm, and at the same point most of the food was catered for local cuisines, no western cuisines,.
Also it was winter , the in room aircon would not work on heat , despite the technician arriving and trying to resolve it he would only work, at 24 Deg and not any higher. The room remained cold. The Internet was also Slow.

"Very good location to us because we accompanied our daughter to check the eyes at the Eye hospital. Just 3 mins to the hospital by car. So convenient."
