La ubicación y el alojamiento en si.

Creo que el sitio está genial, pero no parece que se molesten en tenerlo en buenas condiciones y llegar a el es un tanto complicado, yo me guié por las indicaciones de una de las reseñas y aún así me costó y tuve que preguntar a varias personas. Imagina un rectángulo y dentro tres círculos, pues esa es un poco la distribución del recinto en el que está el alojamiento. Según la ubicación que ponen es como si llegaras al círculo de la derecha, y ahí hay un portero dentro de una marquesina (yo le enseñé la reserva y me dejó pasar y me dijo edificio 2) una vez dentro camina hacia la izquierda y pasa entre el edificio cinco y seis (y accedes como al siguiente círculo) y en ese haces lo mismo, camina por la izquierda y pasa entre el edificio tres y cuatro, y si sigues por la izquierda encuentras de frente el edificio 2. Para entrar hay que poner una clave o usar una llave contactless (yo cuando llegué esperé a que llegaran unos vecinos que me dejaron entrar con ellos, igual se puede pedir al alojamiento la clave para cuando llegas, porque después te dan ellos la llave contactless) y ahí subes en el ascensor al piso 29 y sales a la derecha y es la puerta de la derecha.

Dirty and people living in the same room. Showers were disgusting. Bathroom the worst.

- The location is very nice. You can see the Bund from the windows. - It's the 29th floor meaning you have access to the rooftop. Can chill and enjoy the view. - Everything was clean. Bed sheets were warm, the whole place was very nice and quiet. - Even if you forget the shampoo there are plenty of things in the bathroom.

Almost nothing. You need to walk a bit from the subway station. But in general, there is nothing much to complain - if you come to Shanghai for several days it's a perfect spot.

The room was clean, but not the common space

Common space was really dirty, looks like nobody clean it. Kitchen is not suitable for cooking because of leftovers and old food everywhere. Before sitting to the table you need to clean it. Looks like somebody lives there constantly and doestn't clean it

the views and location are amazing , you can see the river and all the city line.

the common areas were a little messy, clothes hanging around and pc equipment, I wanted to hang out in the area but it was uncomfortable. It doesn't have a hostel / residence environment. Also the toilet had no door ,just a curtain, super ackward.

I did like the location. I did like the view from the balcony. The staff was friendly however didn't speak english.

That it was cold. You had to turn on AC to warm the place. I spent all my time in jacket. Doors didnt close, windows didnt open, bed was shaky, and the place wasnt too clean. I also arrived confused how to get in but luckily building stuff helped me alot.
