We loved the Royal Princes Suites!! It felt very spacious and allowed us to spread out comfortably without having to step over our luggage. The location was great. It was walkable to everywhere in Old Town. We didn’t have to use public transport to get anywhere (with the exception of day trips to Glasgow and other areas outside of town). Access to the secured building and the room itself was easy and covenient. The building itself was quiet. We never saw another guest the entire time. There was a tiny kitchen area which worked for us.

While this didn’t quite bother us, our specific bathroom light flickered 1-2 minutes when you turn it on. It will eventually stay on. It was not an issue for us as we allowed the time for it stay on before using the restroom.

Central and spacious

Couldn’t get the shower hot. Only lukewarm.

Good location and cost

The pictures on the website do not match the apartment we were given. The pictures mostly show a nice separate living area with nicely presented kitchen and separate bedroom however the flat we were given is a large room with everything in it. There is picture of the flat within the property photos but easily missed.
