The vibe is very unique, slightly off center, and very cool. Very nice open air courtyard. Our host Maria was delightful and very helpful. The breakfast was satisfying and fresh. The room was basic but nice with a good shower. The location is perfect, close to everything we wanted to see, cafes, restaurants, etc. You can see Africa from the rooftop terrace. Plus, there Pedro.

Unbeatable Old Town location close to public parking. Amazing healthy breakfast with wonderful variety (meats, cheeses, chia pudding, cereals, yogurt, fruits, fresh orange juice, coffees, boiled eggs, pastries, breads, and on and on). Stellar view from the rooftop lounge. So quiet we weren't sure other people were there! The staff was incredibly kind and friendly. Although my husband speaks Spanish, I appreciated that they offered to speak English so that I would be able to understand, too. The room was spotless and beautiful.
There is nothing I didn't like about the hotel. Should I ever have the good fortune to return to Tarifa, I will definitely stay at Kook again.

A beautiful place. Concrete aesthetic. Beautiful rooms. The most comfortable beds, lovely crisp linen. Great shower and products. Delicious breakfast and excellent facilities. The most wonderful rooftop ….The staff however are a shout out: friendly helpful and just super lovely people. Absolutely loved this place.

Perfect location and pleasant staff.
Very dark room with small window not permitting to have natural light and fresh air inside.
