Verdan met us at the property and gave us the keys. He explained some things to us and showed us around. He was very helpful. We really enjoyed staying at this location. It was definitely convenient. Parking is not horrible, but a little challenging. There is a parking lot but it's "first come-first serve".

The apartment is very close to the downtown. There are many cafes, restaurants, bakeries and grocery stores in walking distance. The kitchen is well equiped, the apartment is spacious. The living room has air conditioning - it was very good when we played board games. The wifi is good.
The owner of the apartment is very kind, he was very quick to respond to all our questions.
The bedrooms were a bit hot during the night - no air conditioning, only external shades and a ventillator. In August in Zadar the minimum temprature during the night did not allow the bed rooms to cool down.
Once we accidentally switched off the water heater in the bathroom - the icon on the switch is very small. We would have appreciated a bigger sign to say: "Don't switch it off if you want hot water for your shower".

Szívesen visszatérnénk ide máskor is!

The apartment was like new. Coffee maker and coffee available was very convenient. The host welcomed us very well.
The outside area of the building was strange and a little poorly maintained.
