The property was great, kitchen was well stocked with tea, coffee, sugar and milk and all the crockery etc you along with a tea towel, and washing up liquid and sponge. Also a dishwasher and tablets if needed. The balcony was a fantastic touch as the view was amazing over the canal dock especially at night. There was shampoo and shower gel and towels in the bathrooms as well with ample room in the wardrobes. I would definitely stay here again.

Good location for our visit. There are some good restaurants nearby. It was good to have two bathrooms.

The check in is ridiculous and inconvenient. It’s a 45 minute walk from where you need to pick up keys to the apartment. And they expect you to pick up keys at 3pm (however they did show some flexibility in this). The lounge area really needed better seating. The second bedroom ‘double bed’ is small.

Great apartment and location

To collect the keys from the office its a 34 minute walk (after a day of travelling it's not ideal) and even though the apartment was ready we couldn't have the keys until 3.30 unless we paid for "early check in" which I get but at the same time, a little goes a long way, had they just given us the keys then we'd have been so grateful instead of having to wander around the area for 2 hours. Maybe a few questions first to see how long we'd been travelling, what our plans were etc but no. Just come back in 2 hours 🙄 wouldn't be so bad if the apartment was in the same place but we then had to walk back to the apartment, suitcases in tow after being up since 2am to get a plane.
