Size of bedroom, kitchen and lounge
Fire place added excellent amenity and comfort in winter stay. Plenty of wood available.
Quiet street location
No Wi-fi or internet facilities
TV did not support attachment of BYOD streaming equipment.
Due to recent bushfire damage to regional TV network, free to air TV selection was limited

Quiet location
Maybe a baking dish to heat lasagne we bought in town-frypans etc had plastic handles
7 / 10Buono·gen 2026
It was comfortable and in a good location. (If you’re walking, the hill to the town centre is very steep).
The spa bath was nice.
TV and bedside lamp didn’t work.
Most disappointing was probably the lack of sunshine and view from the deck. The trees are big and the views are not as depicted in the photos.
6 / 10Nella media·apr 2026
Location, peaceful land quiet, hamper was a nice touch, plenty of wood for stove provided
No screen door on front door allowing flies to get in,
Needs a door or screen between Lounge area and bedroom for privacy/sound/ comfort.

"We loved our stay at Eastern View Studio! It was a cold day when we arrived in Daylesford and the place was pre-heated for us, which was such a lovely greeting. It's in a gorgeous, quiet part of town...."
