The whole villa was very clean.nicely decorated.bedrooms were looks great and and beds are super comfortable.also environment was very calm and beautiful. We had a great time there and we will most definitely stay here again to stay more days.

We had the most beautiful stay at Ballarat luxury Villa. It was a family trip aimed at relaxation. The villa itself was even more beautiful than the photos in the website.! Very neatly maintained and entire facility was lovingly designed and constructed. The rooms and bathrooms were wonderful and huge. Mr. Udi and the rest of the staff were very friendly and made our stay fabulous with their personalised service. We enjoyed Sri Lankan breakfast in the morning with fresh fruit, we also enjoyed home cooked food by the staff which was at good price and delicious.! The garden with the swimming pool was a gorgeous and tranquil place. My favourite part was, to walk in to the garden with a cup of coffee in the morning. You instantly feel the relaxed atmosphere with surrounded plants and the chirping birds were a welcome way to greet the morning. Also, from the villa you can easily can go to the town or to the beach. Really exceptional place for a family vacation. We would definitely go back there and thoroughly recommend this place.!

We received a lovely welcome when we arrived early evening at Luxury Ballarat Villa. The housekeeper was very accommodating and helpful and the property was just beautiful. It was far bigger than I had imagined and every little thing had been thought about. The photos do not do it justice. The housekeeper worked tirelessly to keep the place immaculate and well presented. The cook whisked up some amazing meals and we also enjoyed an evening BBQ. The garden had little chipmonks and lizards darting around and beatiful song bird. Having stayed at many lovely properties throughout Sri Lanka, this was one of our favourites for being a the most cleanest, well thought out property, and having the best housekeeper by far! Please note that payment is actually made at the property and toiletries such as shampoo/body wash are not provided.

We hardly got bitten during our tour of Sri Lanka but did quite a lot on arrival as there were many mosquitos in the house and gardens. This may have been down to the bad weather and the grass being boggy due to rain attracting them, but apart from that, everything was wonderful. So lovely to have a place to relax and enjoy at the end of our tour of Sri Lanka. Our only suggestion would be to include some board games to play, and perhaps a bluetooth speaker to just add to the ambiance of the place.
