The AC didn´t work well. We were offered another room which we were tired to move. So they gave us a heater and as courtesy we had free dinner and a future upgrade!!!

As an introductory offer, they upgraded my room to a suite. It was huge.
The light switches were difficult to identify and use. Some were motion activated. Some were placed too low, or in unexpected places.

The hotel is so near to the airport. The facilities are really good.

The hotel is conveniently located within 10 minutes’ drive from the airport. The room was spacious — we received an upgrade at no extra charge — and was well equipped with bath robes, slippers and hair dryer. Breakfast was included and was excellent: omelette or fried eggs, plus a buffet of cheeses, ham, fruit, pastries and a choice of juice. we ate dinner there to, and were not disappointed.
The staff were very welcoming, friendly, professional and invariably helpful.
This appeared to us to be better option than the other Quito airport hotels.
Nothing. one piece of advice to travellers: the airport shuttle appears to run on request only rather than regularly. When booking, therefore, guests should therefore give the hotel their flight number as well as their expected time of arrival.

We loved everything. This hotel was perfect. They even gave us an upgrade to a suite! The resteraunt is great, the staff, the gym, the pool. And the price was great. If you need to stay next to the airport this is the best place.

the coffee in the rooms is abysmal, the shampoos and body lotions are in single use plastic tubes—environmentally irresponsible and the food quality in the dining room is very mediocre.

The staff were wonderful and very helpful with our early check-in. The hotel is beautiful, breakfasts have plenty of choices and delicious. We can highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a hotel near the Quito airport.

The staff were excellent and all spoke English, which was a bonus. The restaurant service and food were well beyond the normal!
Some of the taxi's in Cumbaya did not know where the hotel was located.

We were warmly welcomed by the attentive staff and were granted a free upgrade to an executive suite, which we very much enjoyed. The rooms are spacious, modern and clean. The free shuttle to the airport came very handy and worked well (except once where we were charged 10 dollars without having been informed). Very good hotel close to the airport.
The dinner menu could be improved.

From the hotel shuttle pickup at UIO to the shuttle return to UIO everything was truly first class. When I say everything I do mean everything. From check-in, personnel, the room, the bed, the breakfast was excellent. The EB leaves no stone unturned. It deserves to be at capacity all the time.
Please supply an optional lighter weight blanket in the room. The comforter was a little too much for us.

The room was very nice and comfortable, and the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Also, the option to get an excellent massage right before a re-eye flight was an unexpected luxury.
