Miyabi Cosy House

Very good (clear and quick) communication with the owner. This nicely renewed apartment was very well situated (Kyoto station in 5 min, To-ji temple in 8, konbinis in 2, mall in 3 minutes by foot), in very secure environment, very comfortable (duvet, pillows, etc.) for us, with a well equipped kitchen (there was even a water filter jug). It is true: from time to time we could hear the trains, but seriously: even though my wife is a poor sleeper we could sleep always very well. As we were the only guests, we could leave our suitcases in the entrance, so that our stay was more comfortable. So thank you Dear Miyabi, we would be happy to return!

location excellent and near to food and grocery

noise level from train and 2 am neighbour rolling of balls

Miyabi was really nice upon arrival and gave us some tips. The room was spacious and comfy. The kitchen had all what we needed and the space to eat was perfect for the 3 of us. The street is very quiet and calm and we could really sleep well. It is 5 minutes away from the station so it is also very practical to make some daytrips to other places.

I liked everything

Clean

Felt misled by the pictures and title of the listing "three bedroom stay" but when arrived the host told us that the upstairs unit is another airbnb. It was just a one room with ensuite toilet and kitchen facilities. Definitely not 3 rooms as listed.
