Our villa was in a lovely location, right on the edge of the beach. In fact, the water came to the villa on a number of occasions. What does one expect in the wet season. Just another holiday experience. In no way life threatening. We enjoyed the heavy rain, the lovely manager was so apologetic, but it was an experience.
Easy enough to get into town with a grab.
The beach was great for swimming.
Some things were a bit tired. As I understand it, a little under investment by the previous owner and the effects of a storm late 2025.

The location is great as well as the view. The room is large and comfortable.
It's too bad the hotel is badly maintained, the room is quite dirty, the pool looked like a pond of rain water. Be aware this is in a remote area, you will encounter bugs in the room.

The location was rite on a beautiful local beach . Stunning …. At night the fishermen come in and on the beach they cook all the catches from fresh fish to lobster , crabs , shell fish . They have everything . And so cheep and lovely to be with the locals
No super clean but was ok.
Breakfast needed more selection

An amazing location right on the beach. A hidden gem out of Quy Nhon.
The beachfront rooms are awesome!
