It is a true oasis of peace and friendliness. We felt very welcomed and well taken care of. It is a family run hotel und you become part of it - if you want to. Very special.
Fantastic pool, rooms furnished with taste and antiques, very charming. The staff was incredibly humble and thoughtful, the owners are amazing hosts and in general great people to meet. We did not leave the hotel once for food, since every dinner here was an experience. All fresh, home made and extremely tasty. We will definitely come back

I liked everything about the property starting from the room and to the service which every person in the hotel provided to us was exceptional. The swimming pool was looking aesthetic even I did not able to use it this but next time surely would. The Hotel manager and the staff were really cooperative with all the customers.
The breakfast was really tasty unlike other hotel this served with utmost speciality fresh upon your request with different options each day.
I would give this property 10/10 and would definitely visit again.

It is not a Hotel, but a Home. If you are bored with typical hotel experience, you should try this property. Its pleasantly superb. The host are friendly, every ready to assist and will go to all length to make your stay wonderful. Though I think they are short staffed but the team did everything possible to make sure you don't feel uncomfortable. The rooms are spacious and well furnished. The breakfast and food was also very good.
I highly recommend this property and I am sure I will be back to this place again & again. Arjun (the owner's son) is a marvelous person- always smiling, polite and willing.
Some small pockets areas are not as clean as it should have been, may be there we short of staff during our stay. Detailing in the area of detailed cleanliness needs little attention.

Location is really good, close to Morjim and La Plage. The pool is also really nice
The rooms are a bit shabby, there are shower curtains instead of regular curtains. Not well kept.
