Good communication, wonderful bathroom and added bonus having a kitchen. Great location.
Great location for getting to our destination, but quite far from public transport like tube.

It was very clean. Someone came and cleaned the house daily, as well as set out fresh towels for us. The power points went out for a couple of minutes and they fixed it immediately.
Great kitchen, and they offered free coffee, tea and cereal.
