The receptionist that welcomed me was very kind and helpful. Even though a very scary and unlucky accident happened (for which I don't blame them: things happen and crazy people will be crazy), the response of the staff was very quick and reassuring, and so was that of the Polizei.
I arrived in Bonn at 10 A.M. and being able to deposit my luggage at the hostel would have saved me a lot, a lot of trouble, but the reception opens at 3 P. M.. To be fair, I knew from the start and I don't blame the hostel as much as my poor judgment.

the lady was super nice and seemed really careful about the hostel. A simple but efficient room at a competitive price
check-in hours are a bit limited but i completely understood that, since the lady is the only staff present, it’s a bit hard for her to catch up to everything

The atmosphere at the hostel was quiet and peaceful, which I truly appreciated. One of the staff members was very kind and helpful during my stay. Additionally, the room was reasonably comfortable and met my needs.
First, there were some concerns about the bed linen; it had some kind of stain, which was very unhygienic. There was also a problem with insects in the room, which was a very unpleasant surprise. Otherwise, the rest was manageable.
