Amazing place, near centre of Ksamil and beach. They prepared for us surprise with white wine and cake (requested by me), also the leg in the room. Very easy communication, perfect breakfast that is prepared with homemade products! Highly recommend the villa!

The guesthouse is modern and nice. We had a two-story apartment on the third floor. Accessible by elevator. The hosts were very kind. Breakfast was served, a bit sparse but delicious. Initially, there was a problem with the air conditioning. It was only on the first floor, and my daughter, who slept downstairs in the kitchen, was initially very hot because the air conditioning couldn't keep up with the cooling. But after bringing it to the hosts' attention, we were also provided with a fan.
The bathroom was very nice and modern, but the shower lacked shelves for toiletries.

The facilities were upgraded.
I travelled in Ksamil for 2 nights with my family. We were 6 people and we booked this hotel. In the room which we stayed was definitely a room for 4 people not more. There were 4 beds and 4 chairs outside, 4 of my family members slept upstairs in the beds and 2 members had to sleep in the small living room on a sofa, but the problem was that the air conditioner was upstairs and downstairs in the living room was extremely hot.
6 people for 1 bathroom and toilet together.
