Property was disgustingly dirty. Particularly bizarre as we were left a long list of all the cleaning we had to do before we left to avoid being charged £130. Paid for linen package and sheets were wet. Messaged to report and got no reply while at the property. Last night WiFi was closed down. Reported that straight away too got no reply. On return complained again. Response from Dancenter took ages and basically made no comment at all on problems but said they weren’t interested as we hadn’t reported straight away - although we did I’ve used Booking.com for years and never had reason to complain before. Fact that it seems they have no power at all to help if things do go wrong is worrying and makes me think twice about future bookings through them
