The double bunk was very squeaky! As soon as one one was on the bottom and moved slightly

The air con was good. Water was hottt
Tv/DVD player broken, no instructions on kitchen appliances ie stove and dishwasher.
Couldn't find external garbage disposal. No one was really comfortable and not enough blankets. The glass table was wobbly and that scared us all.

too noisy, apartment was so dirty, we had to clean it ourselves, the dust was disgusting, as with some pots and pans not cleaned properly from the previous tenants.

Keys are located in lock box near a laundry mat FYI. No instructions on returning but they need to go back to the box. Hot water shuts off after 4 mins or so in shower. Ad states there is a spa… there is not a spa. You pay for the location as just across the road but they don’t leave any tea or coffee sachets or toiletries. It’s literally just an appartments. It would have been helpful to have more instructions about parking etc as you cannot fit a car in the garage unless it’s tiny. I would have paid $150 for the room per night but $200 is a bit steep for the place itself.

The apartment was in a fantastic location, close to the beach and local shops. Key retrieval was quick and easy, from a lock box in town. The apartment was clean, comfortable and had heating and cooling. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything to make meals. The beds were very comfortable and warm. The bathroom was on the small side but still functional. This would be great over summer.

the location was fantastic and the cleanliness was 10 out of 10.
It was a cosy small unit.
The garage didn't fit our car (you could park it in but not get out).
The beds and pillows were so uncomfortable, we now actually need to book an osteo appointment for one of us.
There wasn't enough hot water for the 4 of us to have 1 shower each a day (in winter).

The location of the unit was excellent
The queen bed was clean but the mattress was terribly hard & uncomfortable. The other beds were ok. Dining chairs were falling apart & we had no idea that the unit was upstairs. Noisy neighbours downstairs, kids screaming out in the early mornings

The room was clean and modern.
The outside is old and looks like a Housing Commission Property. The rear garages are old and unkept, footpath is uneven. Management did not send details for key pick up so we spent an hour trying to contact Winnings property but no answer and no reply. Thank god for McGrath realestate they were great and helped sort issue. will be going through them next time. Do not book unit if you want an easy check in. This is a regular occurrence.

Great unit in a great location
We had huge difficulties accessing the keys to the unit. Didn’t get the correct code, left multiple messages but took hours to get a response. Then when leaving the key box again wouldn’t work so had to lock the keys in the unit. Very very frustrating. They need a better system!

Lights not working, noisy location and thin walls, dirty towels, yucky ripped chairs, garage didn’t fit our car, sand all over floor (not cleaned), very average beds
