Mina Pelasa Hotel

Great little small hotel. Cute little pool and the friendliest little male cat. Breakfast was great, staff happy, polite, attentive and accomodating. Gave my husband a couple of surprises for his bday. Rooms comfy and clean. Great little terrace straight into the pool.

Nothing not to like!

The staff and facilities were fantastic. Its a nice boutique property close to all restaurants, shopping, and the beach.

An absolute hidden gem surrounded by breathtaking nature! The staff is exceptionally warm and professional, paying meticulous attention to every single detail to ensure a flawless stay. The cleanliness is spotless, everything is kept impeccably pristine, and the breakfast is genuinely delicious. I fell completely in love with this place, I will definitely be back, and I'm already going to miss it!

The staff were super friendly and helpful. Indah from guest services, somehow managed to make us feel like we were the only people staying there, despite it being fully booked. And the maintenance man, Ketut, was great at sorting out our room safe. The hotel was relatively close to the touristy streets, providing easy access to mini marts, souvenir shops, bars, restaurants, relaxation spas etc… The beachfront was a bit of a longer walk away but it wasn’t too bad. Breakfast was quite nice with a few different options to choose from. We had a lovely outside seating area facing the pool and a drying rack. The pool was a good, cool temperature. Pool towels were provided on request and there seemed to be enough sun lounges. We found the beds to be quite comfortable. Overall, we had a pleasant stay.

Despite the property being on a side street, there was quite a bit of traffic noise in the mornings. The air conditioning wasn’t great and could do with being replaced. It was rather noisy and sounded like sporadic gusts of wind. There were no mosquito nets over the beds or even plug-in mosquito repellents available for guests, which is needed given all the gaps around the doors and windows for the little blood suckers to get in. The wooden bed frames were shin-killers. The laundry-grey bathroom towels could do with a refresh, as could the stained ottoman, stained lamp shades and rusty mini fridge.
