Excellent location, room was very modern, newly renovated and had a wonderful sea view! Room was cleaned daily and was spotless. AC was good and the included continental breakfast in room were a nice bonus! Bed was comfortable and also comes with extra blankets and pillows so was very comfortable! Host is very friendly and kind, key pick up is from the cafe downstairs that he also owns. The food there was fantastic, we went there daily almost for breakfast and coffee! Location was right in the centre of Perea with the beach across the road with sunbeds you can use at the cafe! Check in and out was a breeze and I also received a late check out without any hassle! Would highly reccommend this hotel to anyone! Will come back for sure! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The apartments are in a very good location right at the waterfront. The beds were very comfy, and the apartment was in great condition generally speaking. Our room, that didn't face the sea, was very calm. I would assume those facing the sea and main walkway would get quite a lot of noise. We loved the private parking lot and the bar/restaurant within the same building.
The room can feel really tight when the extra bed is in use. Not very spacious in general.
