Hilton Garden Inn Praia Brava

The breakfast is very good. They prepare eggs and tapioca fresh to order. The staff is friendly, and the location is excellent, especially for those who need to work around the area.

The room itself was okay, but unfortunately, it was not soundproof. Since it was a connecting room, I could hear everything from the room next door, even the smallest noises. I had to turn the TV volume up very loud just to avoid hearing my neighbor’s phone conversation. There is a structure for a bar on the pool and gym floor, but unfortunately, it was not operating. The pool should have heated water. Even during the winter, there were sunny and warm days, and it would have been very pleasant to use the pool. The gym is quite basic, with only a few pieces of equipment. The restaurant is outsourced, and the parking is also operated by a third party. In addition, you have to switch elevators in order to reach the hotel, which is not very convenient.

Good pool

Small reception next to the entrance of a business office building . Kind of narrow where the elevators are located . The hotel should be closer to the beach or on the beach and alone in a bigger lot with more amenities . Poor as a resort hotel . Ok as a conventional business hotel

The education of the staff is just impressive! Everyone really polite and prompt to help. The team in the breakfast helped a lot with the kids (we travelled with a couple who also has kids - 2).

Although the education was good, the quality of the service was not good. The dinner was terrible (I ordered the picanha and it was without beans and two really tiny beefs, that were tasteless; my wife ordered the spaghetti bolognesa, which has not salt, no taste and she also found shrimp and rice in the sauce). We reserved a room for 3 and we needed to order extra towels - there was only a 2 there. I attempted at least 4 times to contact the reception at night and at twice I needed to go down because they were not answering. I parked my car in their paid parking and it usually took 30 minutes to get it out, so every time, 30 minutes before leaving I called the reception in the morning to ask them to get my car... in the 3 days I stayed, first day I got there and the car was ready, second day I arrived and waited 40 minutes additional to the time it took for me to go down and the third day it arrived there after 10 minutes (plus the 30 minutes I called). To sum up, I don't think it is worth the money... there are other hotel better than this and cheaper than this one.
