Very convenient central location. Friendly and supportive staff throughout the stay. Clean and comfortable room with decent breakfast to start the day with.
Small room size similar to hotels that are less expensive.

Central, clean and good value for money when I booked.
Not a fan of automated check-in

The staff was super friendly and I loved the common area downstairs. It was a nice touch! I also liked the option for a late checkout.
We booked a room for 3, which I didn't expect to be 2 beds put together so 3 people could sleep on one big bed. If this has to be the case, at least give each of the 3 people individual duvet covers. This was the most bizarre sleeping arrangement. The hotel is not as convenient to Tokyo Station as perceived, especially with big luggage.
