Very engaging owner met us as we arrived. Keys in the door, wood stove on when arrived, electric blanket on and there was a 'welcome' pack. High end biscuits, half pound of butter, cobb bread etc etc. Plenty of provisions in cupboard plus all essential ingredients for cooking.
Something that's not controllable by anyone... stormy wettish weather. But each day had a few hours dry spell so made the most of it. Loved it.
