Il nostro condominio rende convenienti le gite sugli sci, le vacanze estive e le vacanze in famiglia.
Una navetta gratuita ti porterà avanti e indietro sulle piste durante i mesi invernali. Il condominio dormirà 11-12 persone. Il master al terzo piano ha una regina con bagno privato. Oltre al master ci sono altre due camere da letto al terzo piano. Una con un letto matrimoniale e una con due letti singoli. Il piano principale è spazioso e ha un tavolo in stile pub che può ospitare otto persone. Il ponte è privato con un barbecue a gas propano. Il bar della cucina può ospitare tre persone. Il piano inferiore ha due serie di letti a castello. Due sono a grandezza naturale, l'altro è una cuccetta doppia. C'è anche un futon pieghevole. Il garage è riscaldato con un banco di sintonia per incerare la tavola o gli sci. In inverno godetevi lo sci e l'imbarco, le racchette da neve, le piste da fondo e i tubi. In estate ci sono infiniti sentieri da esplorare a piedi o prendere la bici su una sedia ed esplorare la montagna e le viste. Ci sono un sacco di mirtilli rossi, birdwatching e il panorama è sorprendente. Equitazione e tennis sono disponibili anche nel villaggio. Sandpoint è a soli 15 minuti da dove puoi goderti i negozi e la vita notturna. Per non parlare del BELLISSIMO Lago Pend Oreille per nuotare, andare in barca, pescare o concerti in riva al lago!

I stayed in this property two times, both in February for a skiing trip. I really liked the value of the property. It is not the closest to the ski area and does not have a hot tub or anything like that, but the price was really good both times. The property is spacious and clean, and I like the large garage that fit my van with the carrier box on top, which was very helpful. Another thing, the driveway is steep, and my Chrysler Pacifica had hard time climbing it even with the chains when the snow was fresh, but no problems when it is plowed or compacted. Just something to keep in mind. The owners remind about chains too, but even chains may not be enough if it is snowing heavily.Also, I had some communication with the owner/manager during my stay, and they were very helpful. In summary, I wholeheartedly recommend this place for its value.

We had a group of skiers stay here. Everything worked out great. The place was clean and as expected. The host was nice and communicative. One thing to not is that the shuttle only runs on the weekends, so transportation is needed. The driveway is really steep, and my front-wheel minivan with good tires could not go up without chains. I just kept the chains on for the whole stay since I was only dropping off and picking up from the village.

1at item in popular amenities was a hot tub. Arrived at the property there is no hot tub messaged the owner the answer I got was sorry accidentally hit the button. Owner offered to buy us lunch. After several back and forth messages and a phone call the owner reluctantly agreed to take $100 off a night.
