Al piano superiore camera da letto ha un letto matrimoniale con cabina armadio e scrivania / area di lavoro. Al piano superiore camera da letto principale ha un letto matrimoniale con un materasso in memory foam, salottino, TV e cabina armadio. Ci sono 2 bagni. Ogni bagno ha distributori con shampoo e shampoo Shikai naturali, nonché un asciugacapelli. Il bagno al piano inferiore ha una cabina doccia, al piano superiore ha una combinazione doccia / vasca. Il ripostiglio ha accesso a una lavatrice e asciugatrice. All'esterno vi è un deposito chiuso per conservare tutta l'attrezzatura più una griglia a gas a 4 fuochi con bruciatore laterale e utensili per griglia. C'è anche una buca per il fuoco con posti a sedere in legno.

This place was just right. Good location, clean, spacious and warm with everything we needed for a good experience in Pagosa Springs and skiing Wolf Creek. I’d stay there again and would recommend it to others coming to the area.

We loved staying here! The house was warm and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Great location for an easy drive to Wolf Creek each day. It was perfect for our family of 4. We would definitely stay again. :)

Loved the house! It was a great place to stay for our weekend away in Pagosa. We came for the springs and enjoyed the house as well. The beds were comfortable too! THANKS!

We rented this as our first VRBO experience. Overall, it was great! The property was as described. It was definitely cost-effective compared to staying at the actual resort in town. We were able to thoroughly enjoy the facilities at the resort but had a lot more room to spread out and be comfortable for our 3-night stay.
The only bummer was we lost internet/television services on our last full day. This was in part a working vacation for me, and I was disappointed that the service wasn't very reliable. Not just for work purposes, but for watching anything on the television. We did enjoy 2 movies on the previous night. The house is definitely equipped to enjoy that amenity from just about every part of the house, providing it works. This small inconvenience turned out to be a great evening of playing board games! Thanks for supplying so many choices!

This place had everything we needed. It was nice to get in late the first night and feel comfortable just going straight to bed. Some bulbs were out the the toaster was not the best at bagels. Also be careful, the downstairs bathroom does not lock! These small issue getting fixed would easily make the stay 4 stars.

We were in and out of town quickly but spent two nights here and it is a great place in Pagosa Springs. Proximity was perfect and the views from the front and side porches are hard to beat. Thanks for a great stay.

I did not appreciate the listing of a rate for a stay, then the addition of basic property rental expenses, cleaning, and’service’ fees should be quoted out front. This feels dishonest.

It's about a 10 min walk from Pagosa downtown area. It was nice to have the 2 dedicated parking spots. It was helpful to have a few condiments available like butter, sugar, ketchup and mustard. Houses in that location are in close proximity to each other but the neighbors on a Saturday night were very quiet.

The property was as described and fit our needs. I had booked two homes as my family is quite large (10 adults and 6 children). This home was close to our 2nd home on 5th street. The upstairs bedrooms were very spacious. We enjoyed our stay.

Kitchen was great but living room too small for family of seven. Too hot in summer months upstairs NO AIR!!! Could have been cleaner. Lots of dog hair. Couldn’t get internet, but I never called owner about it, and I killed 3 spiders in bathroom.

We visited Pagosa Springs, CO for a family reunion. This home is close to everything, easy to get to, clean and very comfortable. We very much enjoyed our stay.

The house was very nice and the bedrooms very roomy (especially the upstairs ones). The kitchen was well equipped and the beds were comfortable. The listing is for up to 8 people, but we were glad two of our group couldn't come, because the living room accommodates 5 people, the kitchen seating is for 6 and the outdoor seating is set up for 4 (4 on front porch, 4 by the fire pit). The yard space was smaller than it appeared from the photos, and also overgrown with weeds, making the firepit area not appealing to use during our stay. That was really the only negative. Overall a great house, but very close to the neighbors. It's a bit of a haul to walk to the hot springs, but doable (if you don't mind walking up some hills to get back). We chose to drive to the hot springs resort, even though parking was hard to find, rather than carry our things all that way. The walk down to the river trail is very nice though, and it will take you all the way into town if you like.

The attention to detail in this home is great. All the amenities you can think of. Very nicely decorated. We never could get the living area tv to work but we didn’t try very hard and we didn’t call anyone. Just went and built a fire in the pit instead. Will definitely stay here again!

This property was filthy. We found hair everywhere, dirty rags, dirty dish sponges, dirty pans and dishes… the pans were so old and worn and they didn’t even have a saucepan.
The floor was so gritty and their was old dog poop all over outside….
The property manager was very rude and informed me via a bot messenger that people were gonna be coming from the Internet company while we’re there on vacation and they knew we had two dogs then they didn’t even mention that the Internet was going to be out for the remaining of our stay so we couldn’t even watch TV. The manager clearly knew ahead of time as they claim it takes months to get an appointment.
We should get a refund and we cleaned the place before we left.

Comfortable and well laid out house. Plenty of the necessities you need in the kitchen. The house was clean, and the beds were comfortable. Well located in Pagosa Springs. We will definitely rent again.
