Beautiful location, cozy studio for myself and away from the bustle of the main crowds.

Not sure anything could have been better. Was a little difficult to prep and store food but I understand that it was a small space with limited storage options. Perhaps a fold up table would help?

The view and how easy and simple everything was

It was a little hot in the evening

Loved everything about it! Decent size, rustic/romantic interior, super comfy bed!! Well equipped kitchenette, lovely modern bathroom with lots of room for toiletries. Underfloor heating. A doggy welcome box ♡ Loved the quiet location (a quick car ride to ambleside where you get everything you need - hiking gear, groceries, drug store, eateries etc)

Lovely building & location. Very quaint & chocolate box look.

Fixtures and fittings I thought were very budget. Pictures on the wall looked like they'd been cut out from a magazine. I got an initial impression that the property had been furnished for a very minimal amount... nothing felt 'quality'. Plaster peeling off wall in a couple of areas. Black mold in shower cubicle with tired silicone sealant. Gunge in shower head. Sink hot taps scolding hot. Small double bed. Very weathered front door with rusting ironware around handle. There was no 'theme' inside the property and it had a feeling that it's contents had been thrown in from a second hand shop. Nothing matched and had a 'student flat' feel about it.
