Garden was owned by neighbour which made things difficult for our dog to go out

Central location, convenient walk to shops and amenities
Not very clean. Mould on bathroom window. Cobwebs in living room. Unable to close bedroom window. Parking on the street was difficult at the best of times so we parked elsewhere so the car didn’t get damaged.
