I stayed 5 days.The owner spoke English well.She allowed me to catch a glimpse of Mexican life. She made sure I was comfortable. Lovely dogs!
Progreso is hot!

I had a deep cut in my foot the first day I went to the beach, Maria helped me a lot to clean it and take care of it the next few days.

No common room to relax or meet other guests.

it was very well located near the center and the beach ‘ Oxxo around the corner. The owner was very helpful and friendly, it felt familiar to stay there.

Everything was good! Perfect for the price!
The rooms doesn't have doors so you are more less sleeping with all hosters, but it's okay, everyone is respectful

I liked that this is a family run business and that they are trying hard to please without dropping standards. For a hostel, it’s super clean, the mattresses are all of good orthopedic quality, the bunk beds are well built the air conditioning is not too cold. more like central air. (I can only speak for my bed)
Well. I was the only one in the dormitory this night. I could of used a little company. That didn’t arrive till the next morning.

Very clean and very comfortable. Really good value. Maria was very helpful and gave me lots of information.
Nothing. Apart from the fact I was the only one in there which is a real shame as it’s such a good little hostel

The hostel was just as advertised! Nice breakfast with eggs, toast, fruit and good coffee. The location is really convenient, close to everything. The hostel owner, Maria , was fabulous! She gave me tips of where to eat, places to visit, and even provided a digital map with interest points for me to use with Google Maps.

Nice small compact hostel... run by nice people. I enjoyed my quite stay there.
