The apartment is excellent and in a fantastic location, right next to everything. It is bright, spacious, fully furnished and spotlessly clean, with a very warm and welcoming atmosphere. It feels like a real home rather than just a place to stay, allowing you to truly feel part of the city and the life of Edinburgh, not just a tourist passing through. It genuinely made our experience in Edinburgh even more special and enjoyable.
The bed is quite narrow and not very comfortable for two people, and as there is no radiator in the bathroom, it tended to feel cold. However, these were minor details and did not affect our overall stay.

This was the second time we stayed in this apartment and we hope it is available every time we visit Edinburgh. I can highly recommend it. It is extremely comfortable and well equipped and could not be better-sited. It is very near the tram stops from the airport and a number of bus stops. It is a short stroll to the centre of the city.
In the main entrance hall, the light only comes on at night. In daytime the lower flights of stone stairs can be quite dark. As there is no way of turnig the light on, we would recommend having a torch handy.

Great location and easy to get to on public transport. Gorgeous flat with lovely artwork. Very comfortable and well equipped. Lots be of shops, restaurants and bars in the location and easy to get about in the city. Couldn’t be bettered.
Just a tip: Nothing in the apartment but the stair lights only come on at night, so during the day you will probably need a torch/phone light for the first flight of steps.
