the property have everything you need

Apartment was clean, comfortable, big, nice, equiped with everything you might need, nice garage, good location, very user friendly entrance to apartment, amazing host with detailed informations about everything, good air condition…definetelly excellent value for money. We’ll be back!

We liked everything, there is nothing we would like to improve

Very little not to like. We arrived by motorbike. There was private garage parking which was great. Mila (the host) met us out back to show us the garage and the back way into the apartment block. First impression when we walked into the apartment was great. About a 2x2 metre entrance hall with a kitchen, bathroom, 2 good size bedrooms and a sitting/dining with balcony. Mila is extremely friendly and couldn’t help more. She advised us of places to visit, her favourite restaurants for dinner etc…. She couldn’t do anymore for us. The bed was comfortable. Air con in both bedrooms and the sitting/dining room which was great as we were boiling. As we travel by motorcycle it was great that there was a washing machine with powder and softener.

Everything was perfect. Hard to fault. The only two small things was the drain for the shower seemed to be a small bit blocked and the grill was a bit Smokey (probably doesn’t get used often).

If you want to settle near the center and you are by car, you should choose this option. The owners are hospitable, they will explain everything, the apartment has everything you need, a convenient garage for a car, it is large enough.

Noise from the street is heard in one of the rooms, but considering the other advantages of the option, you can survive.

The apartment is big and very comfortable, beds was very comfortable aswell. From the outside, expecially from the road side, the building doesn't look great, but the apartment has been renewed and it's beautiful in every room. It has televisions in every room and a big smart TV in the living room. Bathroom was good aswell and kitchen had everything you need to cook aswell. Sasha was very kind and helpful, she gave a very clear explaination of everything about the apartment and she gave us good suggestion about the best beaches around and about what to see in Pula. The position was good, around 5 minutes from Pula center.

The facilities and the host was very nice

The building is old but the flat is amazing. I think it was closer to the center. It is about 15 min walking.
