The hosts, studio cleanliness and overall condo vibe (quiet) was very good. Swimming pool & sunbeds well maintained too. Parking onsite. These are very important points, and counted more for us than the niggles with our specific studio ("Fotisi").
There was no balcony with the studio we had (Fotisi) even though it was listed on Booking.com. I think this was the only flat with no balcony. The front door led onto a 1st floor open air walkway around the building, ie no privacy.
Kitchette was bare minimum - 2 Electric hobs & oven ; hobs took ages to heat anything substantial. Trying to cook anything there was a real challenge.
Location - right next to dual carriageway that some drivers treat like an F1 racetrack. We got used to the noise but not everyone will like it

Really nice apartment and hosts. Nice room with air conditioning and iron. Comfortable pool with chairs.
The shower haven't got the proper closing so the water was spliting all over the bathroom.

- Garden and pool area was great. Greek style.
- Lots of small cats outside
- Friendly man from the hotel gave us fruits from the garden and also gave us drive by his own car to our next hotel. Big thanks! :)

The apartment is very close to the highway number 95 without any sound proof options, very noisy its very difficult to sleep specially at nights

Staff was really friendly. Toula brought us fresh fruit a few times from their trees lovely lady. Location was great. Apartment was lovely and clean. Pool was great for us all.
Bed were a bit lumpy and sofa bit uncomfortable but would definatly stay again.

My stay was so comfortable! The people who run the place are so welcoming, helpful and always kind. There was a peacefull atmosphere which i really enjoyed, not the place of hc-partygroups:) I also enjoyed the pool area, which was along everything else; very clean.

These apartments are very clean, very comfortable and nice. It’s perfect for the couple or the family.
The hosts are very friendly, they bring us fresh fruits from the garden👌🏽
It’s not even far from the beach!

The complex was a smaller version of a holiday resort, the pool came in handy for the lazy days and the garden areas were gorgeous. The room was small but comfortable, we had some problems with the fridge but the staff replaced it for us very quickly. They also asked us often if we wanted our rooms to be tidied up which is unusual for a rented apartment, yet greatly appreciated. We also had some troubles with the payment yet they gave us a few days to pay the full amount. Plus the apartment was very close to the grocery store and incredibly close to the beach and restaurants/bar street of Faliraki. Would definitely come back but I recommend renting a car because Faliraki will get old very quickly and there are so many beautiful places to visit!

Good location on the edge of town, close enough to walk in, but away from any noise.
Not much for self catering - cutlery, utensils or crockery.

It's a family run business and they are wonderful. I wouldn't hesitate to return, apartment spotless, the grounds kept lovely. Fantastic stay.
It's on the main road so the noise is constant but after a bit you become use to it.

As the original room was to small for a 2 week stay they moved us to another apartment that was much better.
