The property was amazing. really surpassed our expectations. it had everything we needed. The rooms were large and stylishly decorated and very clean and comfortable and in a great location. Our arrival went very smoothly. I would be really happy to recommend that our friends family stay at Chez Kari. we’ll back one day.

Chez Kari was in the perfect location next to the Old Town with lots of restaurants and bars just a few minutes away. The tram to the railway station and main shops is just a few minutes walk. The apartment was chic, comfortable and with everything we needed. We ate out everyday but the kitchen was well stocked if you prefer to eat in. There’s a lovely patisserie for breakfast right next door and a supermarket below the building. The shower was excellent, the bed was very comfortable and the lounge with a small balcony was a delightful place to relax. We loved this apartment and appreciated Kari our host. She was so attentive and responsive and checked on us to make sure we were okay during our stay. We loved our stay here and would definitely choose Chez Kari again.

Nothing at all for us but if were a bit big you might find the toilet a bit small and it was a little bit tight in the bedroom. For us however, it was perfect.

It's a very cute house, it has everything you need, and I was able to spend a comfortable time there. It was mid-November and it was cold, but it was warm inside and there was no breeze when the windows were closed.

It's an old building so your sense of balance might be a little off. It's fine if you don't mind that.

A charming classy apartment in an ideal location for exploring Nice. Many wonderful restaurants nearby and the bakery/sandwich shop downstairs was certainly a giant plus. Walked to Blue Beach for an amazing day on the Mediterranean and took a taxi back. Absolutely perfect!!

A wonderful apartment, this suited us perfectly. A happy, cheerful airy space with everything you need, in a fantastic spot opposite the Parc Paillot, close to the Old Town and the trendy Petit Marais. Fab little balcony for people watching. Close to tram Garibaldi Le Chateau for easy access straight from the airport. Great communication from Kari and Roni. Thanks!

The apartment is in an amazing location. It's a really spacious apartment with a lovely little balcony. Its close to the tram stop for the airport. Close to the beach and all other tourist hot spots.

There was nothing we didn't like

The location was excellent, with trams outside the door, and a we were part of the charming old city, near shops and restaurants and grocery store. It was a superb location with great views of mountains beyond the city, and overlooked the lovely city park, as well. The apartment is a comfortable size, and has a separate living room with comfortable couches and a charming balcony. We loved the open-plan kitchen and dining area, with lots of light.

We had to supplement the toilet paper with new rolls, and we would have appreciated another dish towel. There was a lift, which went almost to the apartment, so needed a few stairs to get to the door to the apartment. Small things, really.
