We didn't avail their breakfast. Location was just OK, nothing much to say as it was just an overnight halt.
Nothing really, I would have not stayed after seeing the room condition if I didn't have some urgent calls and tasks to complete immediately.
The bedsheet and quilt had wholes and lots of dust.

Rude behavior of Staff ,12-13 year old kid doin all the work . No Breakfast was provided whereas breakfast was included in our package. DIRTY Rooms,DIRTY Bed,DIRTY people,DIRTY hotel in totality. MINUS RATING

The response of the staff...and cleanliness of the premises
Having said about a common kitchen area even guests were not allowed to get water for themselves as they were not allowed to enter the kitchen area where ro was fixed to make the things bitter there was no efficient room service ...things were delayed to an extend , television was unoperational...so value for money was not that good ...not upto the standard of treebo..thereby impacting the loyalty
